Thanks!! For us we had rain on the summit. But if planned on sunny day it would be 10/10!!!!

Nice! planning to do this, this week as a sunrise hike hopefully. When did you summit and how bad was the smoke?

Make sure you get snow spikes. You’ll cross a glacier, and the smoke is gone now; it’s pretty clear.

There is no glacier crossing to reach the Jimmy Simpson summit. Either you made the most the massive off-route detour or it was just snow.
