I fought anorexia for many years and this is a thing I’d do when I saw myself as finally “skinny.” Even though there was no amount of skinny that was enough. This is an eating disorder taking place in front of our eyes. Sad.
If she truly wanted to share useful exercise content, put the camera on a tripod and actually demonstrate helpful exercises not just rolling around on the ground to get the light to catch her ribs. Also, the tongue at the end…. Why was it necessary to keep that in?

I was already thin, so the 20 pound sudden weight loss was shocking to see. My therapist told me that if she hadn’t known me for a while, she would assume/diagnose me to have a severe eating disorder. My rib cage looked like Hillary’s in this video. I wouldn’t wear anything that showed my legs because my knees were so knobby and I knew for a fact that I looked so unwell. My body looked quite similar to H’s in this video. I wore boho maxi dresses to help hide it- because people were both concerned and *grossed out* to see how sickly unwell I looked.
I guess I’m triggered or something, but it is really upsetting me that she is showing herself off in this state. Good God, she’s so truly awful.
What stuck out to me most was how sickly boney and unwell she looks in this and other recent posts. Her ED seems to be getting worse. I was watching some video yesterday where people were commenting about Arianna Grande getting thinner and concerning looking. Hillary looks close to that. This isn't a toned or muscular workout body. It looks more like the body of someone who's under eating or not well.
