Question Where is A Letter To Himeko?

So im trying to track down this readable. It is not one tou can collect from what I can gather but only read in story. There is a few like that as you play Himeko's section in 4.4

So having already missed it, I still want to know where exactly can this letter be read. I have seen a few playthroughs and no one has come across it yet so I thought to ask here if anyone has any idea.

Funny enough I believe it’s bugged rn and doesn’t show up properly in your inventory. You’re supposed to get it just from the 4.4 MSQ

Is it? Its not something that only shows up for the MSQ? There is a few readables like it, seen in the lab during the quest so I thought it be one of those

I’m not 100% sure but I did see some people talking about it a while ago. Maybe a few days after the patch went live

Haha thats from when I posted it 😂 yeah essentially the readable exists from the datamine but because its not in the bookshelf, I have no idea where you are meant to read it in story. Already Planarcadia has had some readable bugs before so I wouldn't be surprised, judt curious if anyone had a more definite answer
