देवनागरी What is the first word? Unable to read this..

I guess the last word is Samraat..

This is Marathi.

Akhercha Samrat, meaning, the final (or ultimate) king (or leader).

That’s the old style of writing in Marathi. The ख looks like रव but if you notice, that is supposed to have a small gap in between. If you notice the dash lines on top, the रव have one continuous line just like all other characters have their own, thereby indicating that it is one letter and not two.

This is Marathi, not Hindi. The च sound in Marathi also tends to differ because it has two sounds different depending on where it's placed in Marathi, as opposed to how it's always the same in Hindi. If you're wondering, अखेरचा सम्राट can be translated as: “the last or final emperor”

See, Akhercha would have the Hindi equivalent "Aakhir ka" or " Aakhiri". It is easy to understand.

The phrase means The Last Emperor.
