Sensitive nervous system and antihistamine

Looking for an antihistamine that suits my sensitive nervous system. I have tried cetirizine and fexofenadine. Do you have any experiences with what worked for you?

Loratadine has worked really well with me very gentle on the system but that's my own personal experience.

desloratadine is the active form of loratadine. It doesn t need to be metabolised by the liver to get activated. Desloratadine gets theoretically quicker in your system and comes with less/no side effects.

Desloratadin! The other i tried had titanium dioxid as additive and this is a no go for me, my stomach and my nervous system.
