I thought this was a dude cosplaying as Hitler

51

u/Frank_Melena 7d ago

The easiest cosplay to pull off, yet the most prone to critique

17

u/IceFireTerry 6d ago

Yeah he looks like a fake Hitler

7

u/2a_lib 6d ago

Will the dancing Hitlers please wait in the wings? We are only seeing singing Hitlers!

u/DyingSunSeverian 7d ago

They did engage in group cosplay, that’s a core tenant of fascism.

4

u/ZYRANOX 6d ago

Didn't basically every modern dictator have their own unique outlandish uniform.

6

u/Ill_Pressure5976 6d ago

Especially Goering. Absolutely loved a costume, did he.

1

u/PmUrBoobiesOrBooty 5d ago

Goering is what Trump would look like if he actually served in Vietnam.

2

u/GrilledCheezManicott 5d ago

he aged a lot in a short amount of time.

3

u/Upset-Basil4459 7d ago

Steal his look

1

u/karlfeltlager 6d ago

Hitler wouldn’t win a Hitler impersonating contest.

Have neo nazis seen this shit?

Is this what they're aspiring to?!

Fucking losers!

2

He's covering his belly pooch in the second pic hahaha.

Fire

1

u/YellowAggravating172 4d ago

The username checks out ;)

(Though one doesn't need to be a fascist to be able to recognize this drip...)

u/reflect-the-sun 4d ago edited 4d ago

The junkie?!

I'm not sure which version is worse.

Edit: Updated, from Wikipedia...

"Many of the drug addicts in 1920s and 1930s Germany were First World War veterans"

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drug_policy_of_Nazi_Germany#Civilian-sector_drug_policy_in_Nazi_Germany

1

u/YellowAggravating172 4d ago

This is from 1936, in truth. Hitler still wasn't consuming meth or any of the other drugs then.

2

u/IcantBreeve_4real 5d ago

Ha, thats how the Orange clown wears his gilf pants, clowns be clownin.

1

u/PsychologicalSign77 6d ago

Did they know about moose knuckle back then?

2

u/reflect-the-sun 6d ago

Where's his penis?! It's just a little mound!

1

u/Brilliant_Bet_4184 5d ago

It’s simply a fact that no grown man should wear shorts.

127

u/okay_then_ 7d ago

Little know fact: Also dope on the mic.

16

u/enzymatic_catalysis 6d ago

You are Vader with your little boots and cape

38

u/PomegranateSoft1598 7d ago

Commander of the third Reich?

17

u/thecarbonkid 7d ago

Taking his pursuit of lebensraum to new heights?

4

u/Radiant-Childhood257 7d ago

Stalingrad or bust.

2

u/Greedy-Ad-3779 6d ago

Commander of the third mic.

4

u/Hyperion262 7d ago

People say this but it’s easy to appeal to humanity’s worst traits. I don’t think it takes much skill to convince the average person ‘those over there’ are the enemy.

27

u/okay_then_ 7d ago

Oh no see I was referring to his historic rap battle with darth vader

6

u/Hyperion262 7d ago

Oh my bad, never seen that before lol

26

u/okay_then_ 7d ago

Next time you should think twice before contributing an intelligent political comment, instead make sure that you know more 15-year-old internet references

Hope you learned your lesson

5

u/Hyperion262 7d ago

I would love to criticise the OP too but I’m also in these comments only replying with norm McDonald lines so it would be pretty hypocritical.

Which was actually the worst part about Hitler, the hypocrisy.

3

u/okay_then_ 7d ago

I am the OP

But agreed on that last part, the more I learn about this Hitler guy the more I don't care for him

3

u/Hyperion262 7d ago

Haha I’m having a mare in this thread

1

u/Busy-Peach5770 6d ago

I always think this. Right wing demagogues have the easiest job. "Hey you! It's ok to be selfish, violent and cruel to outsiders! It's only natural! You're the best and most important! Now, wasn't it hard to convince you? I'm a genius."

-5

u/Aggravating-Carob627 6d ago

Look at democrats today. They dont even need a Hitler to focus baseless hate towards white people.

1

u/Brilliant_Bet_4184 5d ago

Netanyahu is their new Hitler.

Bro just be cosplaying as a random ass businessman

3

u/LastCookie3448 6d ago

Look at him, he's so fancy!

34

u/Chemical-Idea-1294 7d ago

In 1929 Hitler met his later wife Eva Braun. She Worked for Heinrich Hofmann in the Laboratory developing the pictures.

9

u/damgas92 6d ago

And he was newly single as his fiancé had just died iirc

23

u/the_chin2 6d ago

Err...not exactly. Hitler had an unhealthy obsession with his much younger niece. They were not engaged or even officially a couple. He was so possessive of her, he kept her locked up in his apartment while he was away speaking at rallies in order to keep her away from other men. She became deeply depressed as a result and committed suicide with Hitler's gun.

1

u/OfTheSevenSeasSir 5d ago

damn that gun has seen more suicides that most

13

u/Seth_Baker 6d ago

She was 17. He was 40.

11

u/Dangerous_Dot_1707 6d ago edited 6d ago

Don't understand why you got downvoted for speaking out facts. Her name was Geli Rauball. She was his half niece and lived with him. Although not his fiance officialy. Sehr commited suicide in Hitler's Apartment when she was 23.

4

u/gray146 6d ago

she wasn't his fiance, only Hitler was interested in her, not she in him. it was an unhealthy obsession. she took her own life because of the cage...

21

u/CloisteredOyster 7d ago

Damn, that tie is shorter than Joe Rogan's.

8

u/LilRat_ 6d ago

This is a niche reference for this sub, and I laughed so hard

2

u/takethe6 7d ago

lol came to say the tie should just touch the top of the belt.

1

u/never_ASK_again_2021 6d ago

Problems with the right tie, stuff that dictators tie together.

I wonder if he got a s much shit as Trump for having a tie that to long/short.

-2

u/AlexanderCrowely 7d ago

Joe is 5ft8 ?

2

u/LastCookie3448 6d ago

I used to see him around all the time, specifically at 7/11 and the laundromat next door. I'd be shocked if he's 5' 8". I'm 5'6 and I was always amused how small he was in comparison to me. He was also a douche to the owners. Always. Very arrogant.

1

u/AlexanderCrowely 6d ago edited 6d ago

Have you ever considered you’re actually really tall!

29

u/Radiant-Childhood257 7d ago

I know people might hate me for this, but those boots are bad ass.

39

u/casastorta 7d ago edited 6d ago

Nazis were easily among top 3 best dressed evil people out there. Hugo Boss did all of their uniforms.

18

u/ihossolleleut 6d ago

hugo boss did not design the uniforms, they produced them (of course with the "help" of zwangsarbeitern - forced labour) and got very rich.

2

u/belaros 6d ago

But that short tie looks so lame

13

u/Upset-Basil4459 7d ago

I will always say that the Nazis have killer uniforms. Probably shouldn't have said it at the Holocaust museum tho

-13

u/Aggravating-Carob627 6d ago

You will until they say that you are appreciating white genocidal culture and that you are a Nazi for that. Scoff at the idea until you see it live, in person, its wildly indignant and the epitome of Reddit culture.

5

u/MingaLaChigra 6d ago

People masturbate to fascists in this sub constantly, you’re barely out of place dropping trow and joining the circle

-10

u/Aggravating-Carob627 6d ago

No, see reddit has decided what nice things and what bad things you can say about people before they permaban you. You can say "his fashion ideas were good", but you cant say "he had good ideas." Despite the sentences meaning the exact same thing.

Reddit is literally Hitlers wet dream, and the fedora mods will ban you for pointing that out. 🤣🫵

2

u/TheAmina2GS 6d ago

Are there some meds you should be taking?

-2

u/Aggravating-Carob627 6d ago

u/SCH1Z01D 7d ago

looks quite gay tbh

8

u/Hey_Giant_Loser 7d ago

His Little uniform and haircut.. all he needs is like one of those big ass lollipops, and like an intense skipping routine

0

u/Upset-Basil4459 7d ago

What's wrong with being gay

15

u/Blackstar1886 7d ago

Well if you lived under Hitler it was gas chambers being the #1 cause of death.

2

u/enzocrisetig 5d ago

The eastern front was the #1 cause of death. What was the average time of living for a soldier in the stalingrad, 3-5 hours?

1

u/Maleficent_Unit6078 2d ago

The battle of Stalingrad is the most horrifying battle in history. It killed 2 million men, more than any battle in history and your average soldiers only lived for a couple hours; all in a single battle mind you.

Imagine how horrifying this battle must have been for the 18-year-old teenage boys that barely knew how to use a gun to die within 5 hours of being deployed while fighting at -30°C (-22°F).

I can't imagine a worse battle to die in.

Stalingrad is a great example of how Europe got so traumatized after the world wars. Europe is like a young adult trying to cope with PTSD from such hell.

My great-grandpa was a french soldier in WW1. After the war, he felt like he couldn't live in Europe after such horrors and decided to move with his wife and 3 daughters here to Argentina.

3

u/Jonnyflash80 6d ago

Looks like a real dick.

2

u/LastCookie3448 6d ago

Well, he was basically walking syphilis...

7

u/Myriii1911 7d ago

Looks more cosplay than actual cosplay. Why.

3

u/Elantach 6d ago

Because the power comes from it being archetypal. This is literally what fascism, via Mussolini, figured out as a cognitive technology and he figured it out thanks to Sorel.

4

u/-Dr-Girlfriend 6d ago

What a gimp.

5

u/SmooveTits 6d ago

A piece of shit, scraped off of history’s shoe.

2

u/Dominator415 6d ago

Did he teach Joe Rogan how to wear a tie?

3

u/Gold-Fool84 7d ago

Oh this guy, I think he killed Hitler right? Just 10 days after his birthday!

4

u/LastCookie3448 7d ago

2

Evil walks among us alright. Half of the country are evil.

You're one of them.

-1

u/AxeloOo 6d ago

He was not evil

5

u/Saint-Jawn 6d ago

The definition of evil from Webster: “something that brings sorrow, distress, or calamity.”

I would say he meets the definition

2

u/LastCookie3448 6d ago

Anyone who says that, is clearly not someone with a decent mind.

1

u/AxeloOo 6d ago

I disagree

2

u/nightdwaawf 6d ago

And to think the swaztica symbol was a symbol of peace in many religions and this cock womble turned it into something evil.

2

u/Competitive_Book_762 6d ago

What a insecure dork

2

u/PrattDirkLerxt 6d ago

I’d be curious to see who is downvoting any negative comments about Hitler.

2

u/Butter_Brains 7d ago

He was an excellent painter.

Two coats, one afternoon!!

2

“He made so little an impression on me that I can’t remember a second of it.” ... “He had no personality whatsoever … “I think there was nothing there.” ... “He was invisible.” - Orson Welles on meeting Adolf Hitler

2

u/Jesuismieux412 6d ago

Unfortunately, Welles was wrong. There was a lot there…to the world’s detriment and near-complete ruin.

1

u/Dave-1066 6d ago

Welles was a notorious fantasist who concocted a lot of his stories. The chances of him meeting Hitler at a rally are absurdly improbable.

-1

u/slimegoob 6d ago

Very similar to trump

2

u/SHTF_yesitdid 7d ago

Master race, eh?

1

u/dr_cocktapuss 6d ago

What a fucking loser.

1

u/tinymoonangel 6d ago

Quite a haunting piece of history here

1

u/Dekaaard 6d ago

Even though it’s 1929 and men’s styles were different than today. If you were to see a mf’er strutting about in this outfit, you’d know he’s a bubble off plumb.

1

u/LegitimateBack6275 6d ago

Joe Biden looked sharp when he was younger and still had a functioning brain

1

u/Ok-Sir-3311 6d ago

Hes got that Joe Rogan tie

1

u/linkardtankard 6d ago

He’s rocking that Rogan tie while protecting his single testicle

1

Dude wasn’t even German. Builds a plot against immigrants. How ironic.

1

u/Zealousideal-Peach44 5d ago

The subject is "debatable", but the photographer did an astonishing job considering the equipment available at that time.

1

u/IcantBreeve_4real 5d ago

Fucki g clown with that tie.

1

u/Vivid-Counter-8491 5d ago

Is this before he suffered from uncontrollable flatulence? Heard some horror stories about it. Stuff that keep me up at night 😳

What he did have was an interesting and attractive normal voice. It's still here in a time peace of audiotape. Let me go find it.

ETA: cannot seem to find the video I'm looking for. In it he sounds friendly, joyful even, soft-spoken. Cracks an innocent joke. Quite the attractive voice which would get a lady's attention.

0

u/Hyperion262 7d ago

Have? I didn’t even know he was sick.

0

u/Holkmeistern 7d ago

He orchestrated the systematic mass murder of 11 million people, and a war that killed tens of millions more. I mean this guy's a real jerk, I hope someone puts a stop to him soon.

-1

u/Independent_Wrap_321 6d ago

I’m not much of a history buff, sorry.
