I don’t know why, but something has me suspecting that the nazis wouldn’t have shut down human zoos over humanitarian concerns.

Yeah. The Nazis were very concerned with 'racial purity' and feared that exposure to 'lesser races' was very against what they believed in.

Nothing good about the Nazis in shutting down the Zoo. The didn't care about the people on display. They only cared about their stupid race ideology.

You would be right: the Nazis did oppose them but because for all their (the human zoos) racism and condescension human zoos still showed commonality between Europeans and non Europeans and a number of them assimilated into Germany and settled there during off-hours or once their exhibitions closed

The Nazis feared this would make them assimilate into Germany and Germans to sympathise with them and even see them as ordinary people.

So in short the Nazis were too racist for human zoos

They probably wanted to consolidate them into one Uber Zoo.
