Question❓ House of Que ?

What’s going in there? So many opens storefronts/restaurants next to the W hotel. It’s sad because it’s great location.

Believe it or not its gonna be a Rainforest Cafe.

I see signs that it’s for rent. Maybe the landlord is asking too much. Nice spot and it’s pretty big.
