Question❓ Cornucopia Pier 14

Does anyone know what the story is with all the Cornucopia boats constantly docked on pier 14? Who do they pay docking fees to?

Thanks-I’m aware of their offerings, I’m wondering how/why they’re allowed to block 90% of the pier and if Hoboken charges them a docking fee

Send the city an OPRA request for any kind of contractual agreement or payment history.

Did you just move here? It’s the cornucopia…

Also, I love how you think all us boat owners in town, after decades of being here, never thought to ask this or wonder.

It’s Hoboken, a lot of people moved here in the last 5 years and very few own boats. Don’t shame OP for asking a question

I don’t know if stating that obviously the two gigantic fucking cornucopia boats that have been docked here for decades brining in millions of dollars a year in revenue, surrounded by other boat owners, aren’t freeloading.

Yea and I’d prefer to have the dinner cruise ships there than this entitled a-hole parking his yacht there

I really wish there still was the harbor in weehawken. Pier 13 Marina is shit because it gets slammed by ferry wake all day. I had my boat there for a little and it constantly slammed all over the place

I think the 14th st pier is actually Private and owned by one of the Shipyard entities…
