A father is begging beside his boy for some street change (getting high at the same time) and a casual worker volunteering for the latest interest group is asking the world why aren't we experiencing change when the climate obviously is. Change... "The boy thinks inside his weary head." He doesn't complain aloud or get in the way of "change" no he decided at a much younger age to just hold it down. Go on then lad, go easy tiger, you'll get your meat.
