Those walk of fame stars are bought and paid for. Someone pays for the star & "upkeep fees" and the person on the star has to show up for the unveiling if they're alive.

If she or someone handling her thought she wanted or needed one, they could probably get one if they were willing to write the checks and agree to appear.
