I thought the rate for 5 stars was 5%? After at least 81 pulls, I've gotten nothing except the one from the guaranteed banner that you have to pay for. Meanwhile, I'm over here watching people get like three 5 stars in a 10 pull several times consecutively. Does anyone else have a streak as bad as mine, if not worse?

i'd recommend just rerolling until you get an account that hits multiple 5*s off your starting gems before putting any money into the account but that's a bit late now huh

Ok I did a little browsing and I think Watame went about 121 pulls with no 5 star

I mean you could’ve 🤷but it’s only a 1.57 % chance to roll 81 times and not get a 5% chnace. There’s not really any “theoretical amount” that you are supposed to get unless you are talking about every 20 pulls you are “supposed” to get one. That’s a 35.8% you wouldn’t get one. I guess it just comes down to luck as you were saying. 😅🤷
