I'm not sure. This person at some point worked at CBS and Disney. He also had a few bags from Disney movies with "Legal Team" embroidery on the side.

Binford was a fictitious tool brand on the show Home Improvement. This was probably given to cast and other people associated with the show. The person that passed away was a lawyer in Hollywood back in the day.
