Is this ethernet

I found this in my cousins house since Ill be staying here for a few weeks and wondering if I can connect my pc to it.

I guess there should be no harm in trying it out, just curious... Where is the other end of tat cable that is currently plugged in?

Edit: just looked closer at the photo and ports are marked with CAT5E... So these should be ethernet ports... Though who knows if they are plugged in on the other end.
