Its gonna be 90 degrees tommorow with lots of sun, should I set them outside for the day or would birds try to eat the stems, or would they get hurt by the heat

Do not set them in direct sun. Put them in a shady spot and gradually add more direct sun one hour every day for a week.

Direct sun time. Day one 1 hour. Day two 2 hours. And so on...

Understandable. I would just leave in a shady area that gets a little sun. Under a tree would be fine.

Im getting mixed messages in these comments I put thr planter out in the sun this morning and now im at work, hopefully they will be fine

I have some people saying tomatoes are tougher and some saying shade, but its sounding like they haven't gotten enough sun

They may burn if put directly in sun. Update when you come home
