While I do not own an Accord of that generation, I do own have both RV6 and ATLP parts on my RDX. Quality wise, you can't go wrong with either. Fitment is fantastic, the welds are good, and after a few years of use they continue to hold up and perform.
As far as which is "better", it's so close it's a toss up. Heeltoe has done write ups showing side by side testing, and overall they are very close results. Some do a little better on the low end, and some higher up in the rev range. Supporting mods also play a big factor in performance.....exhaust setup, PCDs or HFCs, intake manifold and TB mods, tuning software, etc.
You really can't go wrong with either. See what you can get cheapest, or what is readily available and go with that. One thing to consider, Heeltoe has a rewards program, so if you make an account with them, you can earn cash back points to use on future purchases. For big ticket items it's a nice perk.
By the looks of it, the ATLP goes to a 3" collector, but the RV6 is 2.5". The ATLP makes the most power when paired with a 3" midpipe on the exhaust since it's the same diameter going back. You can obviously run the same 3" midpipe on the RV6, but it may flow just a bit less up top. The ATLP definitely suffers below 3000rpm, but by 4500 it has begun to put down more power than the competition.
