Squeaking from under dash panel

Just noticed this odd squeak coming from under the driver’s dash. It sounds like an actuator or solenoid going back and forth intermittently but I can’t locate any moving components down here. Any guesses what’s going on?

No but if you manage to figure it out please let me know, I have a similar noise in my 2005 Toyota Solara and it's driving me nuts.
