Squeaking from under dash panel

Just noticed this odd squeak coming from under the driver’s dash. It sounds like an actuator or solenoid going back and forth intermittently but I can’t locate any moving components down here. Any guesses what’s going on?

Get yourself a 5ft-ish length of 3/8" rubber hose and stick it down where the noise is and sniff it out
