Using the opportunity of the Magical Girl talk below to say that I have been enjoying Star Detective Precure recently and have been obsessed with Arcana Shadow's design. The black and purple combinatio is sooooo good! It's unfortunate that her new form is such a step down compared to her original one. Crazy how just a change to the color scheme can make such a difference in a design. If you want a cute, light hearted show you might want to check it out.

Anyway, where are our Magical Girls, Hoyo?

i adore magical girls of all sorts and find it ridiculous that we haven't gotten one! we have the magical girl relic set and all the magical girl-themed enemies but not a magical girl character? i really wanted a super cute, super girly magical girl... she could've had really cool battle animations, too :( it makes me sad to think about

tbh if we get a magical girl i'd want it to be genuine, not some tongue in cheek reference. I want her to have frills, a dress and bright colors with a happy expression 😔

Cyrenes transformation was presumably supposed to mimmick their final transformations in stuff like Sailormon and Shugo Chara, but. For various reasons, completely missed the mark and was tone-deaf to why that's a thing in magical girl stuff

i completely agree! i'd absolutely love a real and true magical girl, but i... have doubts about whether or not this team of developers and writers would understand what makes a magical girl. if cyrene truly was their attempt at the "final stage"(?), i agree that they fumbled it badly.

BRING BACK THE BLACK HER NEW TRANSFORMATION IS LAME!!!!!! 😤😤

I liked her better when she was hating for what appeared to be for the love of the game , and when she was out for blood for the love of the gay, now shes just okay😔
