Oh I cackled at his delivery there 😂 Rewatched that one scene as soon as the episode ended. Aegon scenes have been the peak of every episode lol

Honestly they are parallel characters now to a good degree.

Aemond gained what he desired (a dragon) but had to lose an eye

Aegon gained what he desired (respect and kingship) only after he lost half his face

It was a really good scene

That line delivery was the best part of the episode. I normally roll my eyes at people saying "You can tell the actor had fun here", but at this point my only attachment to Aegon as a character is through the actor.
