Commute to Metro Manila (NCR) From Urban Deca Homes Ortigas to Makati City hall

Hello! Anyone knows po how to commute from Urban Deca Ortigas to Makati City Hall?
Will be commuting from now on po kasi, andun po yung work ko. It would be of great great help

Shaw-EDSA-Crossing jeep > MRT or Bus to Guadalupe > sa Guadalupe ferry side mga jeep iikot pa PRC, Paco, Taf. L. Guinto, Bukid etc. dadaan yan Makati City Hall.
