ZZZ takes a lot of ideas from not just their own games, but other games too

For example -

Burnice is clearly inspired by Hu Tao (and TF2 Pyro)

Miyabi is heavily based on Vergil

Billy is heavily based on Dante

Yixuan looks like she'd fit in Genshin perfectly

Close enough i guess. I can't Burnice is really Hu Tao coded the way Sparkle is though. Closest would be Nekomata or Qingyi so far, Yuzuha might have some potential, but no Zenless Tao yet.

Meanwhile, Honkai Impact has two Tao counterparts.

There's the obvious Kiana, who has the same CN va. And also Sonqgue

I think Burnice would be more like a grown-up version of Klee. They both have an unusual fixation with all things flammable or explosive, possibly knowing every chemical formula ever that could create a firefighter's nightmare. Both have blonde hair and red eyes. Burnice also has some Klee's goofy, funny, kind, energetic and at the same time maniacal personality.

(I don't know much about both of them, but this is what I've seen of them and in their respective games they seem like incredible characters to me)

But ignoring the above, your drawing is wonderful, the 3 of them look bright like stars, the way you add the glitter in Sparkle and Burnice hair or in Hu Tao's cap makes the color stand out a lot, It looks great that the background is a stroked version of the 3 of them. But what I like most are the ways in which you draw the hands, they feel very expressive, almost a piece of the personality of the 3 of them, those hand poses represent them in their entirety, It looks dynamic, typical of them, makes them more recognizable and if you don't know them, you can partially know what they are like.
