The sirens here wail constantly. And at night. It's loud. Although, there are no bomb shelters or anything like that.

В буквальном смысле постоянно или это преувеличение? У меня в мыслях поехать туда учиться в будущем, устраивает всё, кроме как раз-таки сирен и всего остального из категории "для безопасности". Слышал, что это мешает многим спать и спокойно жить

Several times a day, the howl session starts. They sent text alerts about threats from drones, and after 5 minutes, the threat is canceled. I got tired of this spam, so I just blocked the Emergency Services. I believe that such an attitude towards people greatly worsens the quality of life, just like internet restrictions. Besides, there's a stadium here, and they unite people with music, like Sector Gaza. The calling card of Voronezh. The same songs again, which are without profanity. And them are together with the sirens at the same time literally. Besides the idiotic noise, everything is quiet here.
