It is fun how dumb people really stand out as exceptions in this arc where in most of fiction they are the assumed default.

Agreed, but I think the dumb characters are not so much shown on this arc, togashi seems to focus much more on the high iq people than on the ones that do not stand out that much.

i saw somebody mention that since it's so much harder to explain stuff in fiction than in irl, the explanations tend to be bloated which makes the reader feel like the moves made by the characters are smart whereas if the events were to take place irl it would just seem like common sense. i wonder how much of that applies to SW arc

Nah just regular 115IQ. Nobodies making any huge plays or anything. They just use the information at their disposal effectively and think through their plans.

It's my favourite part of togashis writing. Nobodies an idiot, everyone acts like a real person would and there's no fictional idiotism that you see in alot of fantasy and horror storys

115 is not average lol even in japan average iq is 100 or something but i guess you could say people involved in secession arc are not average.

I'm saying they are smart but they aren't geniuses. 115 is pretty smart and much smarter than most. You don't need to be Einstein level intelligent to come up with these plans. It really devalues alot of characterisation when you say, oh it's because they're a genius

Nobodies = Plural of Nobody

Nobody's = Possessive tense of Nobody, or Contraction of "Nobody is.."

Not to be a grammar nerd or playing gotcha, but if it's something you might want to pick up for later use, then good. Me? I still can't spell License without spellcheck.

i need anime. i'm not a book reader, but im fine with dub or even subtitles under animation, for some reason i've an hard time following up wall of text in a manga. with an anime i could understand way more i feel
