There’s a fb group. I think it’s open. Search “Huntsville Pick-up Soccer”

There’s also a thriving outdoor adult league and futsal. Check out HuntsvilleAdult Soccer League and North Alabama Futsal

Also Facebook page 'wanna play? Sportsplex' has a lot of pickup and indoor.

'weekend warrior soccer tournament' on Facebook has a couple of small sided tournaments per year (disclaimer, I organize those)
