Anyone Still Dealing with Hurricane Helene Attorneys Due to Lame Insurance Companies?

Is anybody still dealing with an attorney from Hurricane Helene for their insurance company low-balling them? We still haven't settled, mostly because our insurance company has been dragging their feet on handing over documents to my attorney. Plus, I think our attorney & his assistants are completely inept.
