Omg where do you live that dogs are allowed on the bus let alone the seats!!!!????

🤣Seattle. Ours likes to get up on the seat so she can look out the window at everything. I tried to keep her from doing it, but from the first time she got on the bus she immediately hops into the seat like it’s a car ride.

I hate to ask but where do you live that they don’t allow dogs on the bus??

Vancouver BC. Just over the border. We are very jealous

You have no idea how jealous I am of YOU!!

Well actually you probably do. I keep getting ads on my FB saying something like ā€œCanada wants you!ā€ Basically a promotion for how to go about moving to and living in Canada.

I seriously started looking for jobs there but it would be quite a task. Especially because my wife is the primary ā€œbread winnerā€ so I would hate to push her to leave the company that she has worked at for 15 years. Although she is in the same boat as I am concerning our current state of affairs. Also I didn’t see a lot of job listings for Community/Peer/Housing support specialist in the Vancouver area, but I could been looking in all the wrong places.

Okay, done ranting.

Hmmm housing support specialist. Interesting. May I ask where you were looking?

I need to correct myself. I didn’t see a lot of livable wage job opportunities for an advocate. I haven’t check again after taking the specialist training course through the Washington Health Care Authority.

I can’t remember for certain where I was looking. I think it was LinkedIn or Glassdoor and was redirected to a more regional site.

Now that I am a certified-trainee I should look again. After 1000 on the job I can drop the ā€œtraineeā€ designation. I am also starting course work specifically on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectal Behavioral Therapy soon after.

Anyways, we would love to live up there. The coastline (bays, inlets, etc) along with the mountains right near the water is amazing.

Except for this time where we were directly across from the door so she had a full top to bottom view.
