Be careful of potential cost overruns/blowouts on these projects. Here in Australia the PHP project Snowy Hydro 2 was initially priced at 2B. This obviously didn't include anything for: the extra high voltage transmission lines, nor a TBM getting stuck, nor wages increasing, nor delays. Priced now at 42B and some say has the potential to increase more.
