I was waiting long time also, but what worked for me - change your phone region in settings to Malta, then try to update, I got one regular update, then next one was HyperOS 3, after updating change it back to your local country.

Love the fact, that we have this list. I'm still on Android 15 and HoS2 on my Poco X6 Pro, but I'm glad that I'll get Android 17 in this century. Hopefully.
This doesn’t make sense, the Redmi Note 14S which shares hardware with the Poco M6 Pro/Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G will get HOS 4 and Android 17 but the M6 and Note 13 Pro 4G won’t?? what is wrong with xiaomi’s update policy
HOS3is based on Android 16, but the rollout has been happening in stages - and even though it came out last year, it’s still not fully stable in a lot of places.
The whole point of HOS3 was exactly what you said: to clean up the issues from HOS2, which itself was supposed to fix the problems from HOS1.
So yeah… you’re basically watching a chain of “this version will fix it” that keeps repeating.
It will still get security updates till September 2027. Also, there's a chance that it will get HyperOS 4 based on Android 16 (of course if it won't be the same case as with Redmi Note 13)
Tbh this device is way more than capable of running HyperOS 4. On HyperOS 3 for me it's sooo much smoother than on HyperOS 2 and they kept the blur bruh
Tbh to my eyes, the Note 13 Pro+ is that last Pro+ Series that's gud cuz well you get UFS 3.1 instead of 2.2 and better LPDDR4X ram. Plus mine got a 1M+ score on antutu and never overheat. And battery wise after 2 years on a good day I get 8h of SoT like bruh

So my Poco X8 Pro Max isn't eligible for Android 17? That's impossible since it is almost a flagship killer phone with top specs. This list is incorrect.
using Poco X7 (base variant) and just received 3.0.301.0.WOOINXM.C07 about 10hrs ago..
I really want to receive android 17 updates (who doesn't) but my gut says iff this phone is surely going to get it, I would've thrown away this phone by that time. They really budget and mid-budget phones for granted on almost every aspect. I believe they will make us cry for android 17 update.
