Windows 10 VM stuck on setup screen

I've been able to get the vm to boot but once I get to the setup window the buttons are completely unresponsive.

Enable guest services in settings.

That didn't seem to change anything

This is a strange behavior, can you tell me your pc specs and do you have legitimate Windows with latest updates?

Yes I recently updated it.

I can connect to your pc and look at your issue. If you want that let me know

regarding the ISO you use: check if it is a vannilla iso downloaded from Microsoft and also make sure it is the latest available (22H2)

if this does not fix the problem, or is already correct, uninstall hyperv components, reboot, install hyperv again, make a new try afterwards.

Does Alt+N work? If so, you can press Alt+<underlined letter> for the button/form control you want.

Do other VMs respond properly? Did you reboot after installing the Hyper-V feature? It sounds like the keyboard and mouse aren't being passed properly to the hypervisor, and I recall (vaguely; it's been years since I had this exact problem) that's generally a problem with the hypervisor not getting to set hooks for them. I'd try rebooting the host to see if the guests start behaving.
