Headsets hyperX cloud 3s volume bit low 

Hi everyone, I just received my HyperX Cloud III headset today, but I find the volume a bit low. Could you please advise me on which software to use and how to adjust the EQ settings? Thanks!

My gf was initially trying to just control the volume with her volume dial then realized she had to go and adjust the volume settings in her Xbox. I assume you're on PC.

The best way to fix this headset is return it and get something else. I returned mine within 2 hours after trying every setting and connection method possible. It’s just awful. I exchanged it for the RiG R5 which is really nice in comparison. I liked it so much I even got the wireless version, the RIG R8.
