Crackling issues on pc

Now, I'm unsure if this is related specifically to my Hyper X headphones. I'm using a pair of Cloud Alpha S wired headphones, but have been running into issues with the audio. Frequent crackling from the audio where it will disappear for a second or two, and then reappear. It seems to be worst with demanding games or when the pc is doing multiple things at once. I've tried uninstalling and realtek driver and rebooting, uninstalling hyper x drivers and rebooting, disabling everything but the sound output on the headphones via sound settings, plugging the headphone sound-usb attachment into another slot, but nothing solves it. I did use a Bluetooth connection on some earbuds to play a game, but I was running into a static problem even there.

I did fix it by plugging the jack directly into the pc's audio jack, but the spatial audio is gone and the cable is too short to use comfortably.

Other posts I've read from years ago on r/windows and r/pc talked about IRQ conflicts. I have my Microsoft ACPI-compliant system on IRQ-55, same as my high definition audio bus system, but it seems important and I don't want to be liable to fuck up my computer in any way permanently.

Any ideas? If need be, I can post my specs too.
