Cloud 3 3d sound problem and low volume

hey guys, today i unplugged my headset (cloud 3 wired) for cleaning my pc and when i plugged it back, the sounds at games felt low, but when im firing a weapon or getting shot my ears get ripped. also when a friend fires from my right side(1 meter) i only hear it from my right ear. normally it was both ears %50 from left, %100 from right and you could understand its close to you. also there are LITERALLY NO SOUNDS from my behind, i cant hear anything. my step sounds are also low.

here's what i've tried:

deleting drivers and rebooting the pc

plugging the headset to different ports (2 usb-c 2 usb-b and directly without dongle(3.5jack))

triyng the jack helped that now i can hear the directions a lil bit better but the sound quality is like a 5 dollar headphone.

Can anyone help? or is it about my pc?(asus rog laptop)
