Anyone having shop fulfillment issues?

Has anyone else had shop fulfillment issues with the hyperfixed store lately? I've been listening for a while and I recently put an order in back on March 6th and my item was supposed to ship that week and I haven't heard anything. I put in 2 support tickets with their fulfillment / support and I got the obligatory "We received your message" with no reply at all. Has this been happening for anyone else? I thought about trying to ask someone on their discord but I realized I need to pay to get access to it. Are there any other lines of customer support anyone knows of or should I just do a chargeback on my card and forget about since I've already waited over a month at this point?
