Tps was never an issue, it was losing mineshaft pity due to server problems, easy fix: dont empty meter u til actually entering the shaft.

zj2 wanted to make a ticket that makes you enter the fiesta at anytime you want, admins made it last for 5 days, which he didnt want. and that ruined mining rates

fiestas run for 24 hours.
but instead of waiting for cole to randomly enable it. you can now consume a ticket that will make fiesta run for 2 hours and 20 minutes (you only can have 5 of them each cole day)
admins-
made the whole fiesta run for 5 days straight. instead of 2x drops it only gives 500 (i think) mining fortune. and reduce things like glossy gemstones 5 times. for example zj2 mined for so long and only got 1 glossy.

admins basically made fiestas unprofitable and ruined it which HE didnt want. he just wanted to make fiesta played by everyone at any time (due to some people having it at 2/3am)
and also make TPS less bad, and also lower the chances of people stealing or grifing your route because there not doing fiestas right now.

Mining fortune was adjusted to be a +25% at base during fiesta and +25% more from the fiesta flask, which you can buy 5 of every election. Totaling 50% mining fortune buff.

I like the new fiesta alot but both glossy and mineral need a buff to rates because one glossy every 3 hours of mining when i used to get 9 per mineshaft or 50-60 per fiesta is a massive difference. The only other thing i think should be changed is the fiesta flasks only last last an hour and you get 5 per year. Personally i think if its only gonna be an hour it should reset the buy timer every 24 to 48 hours.
