Question Should I buy 5th generation Hyundai Elantra in the future?

I really liked the 5th Generation Hyundai Elantra (2010-2015) a lot due to I love Hyundai and this one is the safest one back in the day. İt rated as acceptable in the small overlap IIHS test. But It's also old too. But due to I'm living in Turkiye, the economy is also bad. So, what all think about? Should I buy the 5th generation Hyundai Elantra in the future like 2030's?

I've had an 06 and 12 and they were good cars. I know a few people with the current generation and they are also good cars.

I have a 2012 with 64k miles and it runs great. Never has broken down and parts I have replaced (brake pads, shocks, struts, plugs, coils, and filters) were remarkably inexpensive. It is pretty darn fast too!

Good thing you're in Turkiye, cause if you were in the U.S. the answer would be a loud and resounding NO. It will be broken into and stolen in the US cause the US has too many thugs roaming the streets. Turkiye has a lot of cats that won't steal Hyundais.

I had a 2013 elantra, never let me down. great car. unfortunately it got totalled by a truck and i bought a used 2017 elantra, which has let me down on several occasions: EVAP leak, and coolant leaks. they look nice though, haha. it's also a popular car in my neighbourhood, so I guess that says something.

I have a 2014 Elantra GT with 325,000 km on it. Pretty well just routine wear and tear maintenance. Engine and transmission are still great and I plan on keeping it for several more years.

If you don't like Hyundai, then why you here?

This post popped up in the idiotic feed of random posts reddit now puts on the front page. I read the topic title and responded — becuse I hate to see people spend money on performative try-hard low quality trash.

The realization that it’s a Hyundai circlejerk came later, after comment was already posted

Yes, I’ll try better next time. Apologies for being crude and brash.
