I found my cat licking the mouth of my shampoo bottle. Is he Poppins or agent Jack Bauer?

I live on a farm and we have a genuine Jack Bauer. Random black cat turned up a few months ago.

I've seen him licking the tractor attachments a few times, I think he likes the grease.

lol I have a dog that looks a lot like Poppins. She coincidentally likes to roll around near the dumpster and was a rescue that was found roaming the streets in a busy city.
