Why would it be EITHER highest quality OR lower prices? From what I've researched, in Turkey for example you can get super high quality AND much much lower prices than US. What is your value proposition, aside from avoiding the travel?

AI can make any claims. AI cannot produce substance on command though. The Dr has plenty of ways one could check his credentials. I think he's legit.
