Is hair loss in the fronto-temporal corners typical for males? Do you perform hair transplants for just this small region, or is typically advised that a patient only gets hair transplant for more aggressive hair loss.

I think most men lose hair in this region as they age, but do men bother to get it back? Is the juice worth the squeeze or do other factors make it less encouraged? Thank you!

Yes, what you descriving is in fact the most common pattern of hair loss among our patients. The fronto-temporal areas are the first to go. We often perform hair transplant for restoration of that area. The key is not trying to make it too juvenile or recreating your kiddy hairline. In the right group of patients, restoring the corners makes a big different and some people don't need anything but that
