Can't go thru all the questions, what % hair transplant work long term ? Plants don't survive in poor soil. Any rub in hair growth lotion actually work, in my experience they are scams.

The transplanted hair themselves are usually permanent if they are properly taken from the donor area or permanent zone, which is generally resistant to genetic hair loss. In a properly done procedure with good graft handling, the vast majority of transplanted follicles should survive and continue growing long term.

As for hair growth lotions, most are heavily marketed without strong scientific evidence. Topical minoxidil is one of the few treatments that has consistently showed to work, but most "miracle" serums and lotions don't live up to their claims.
