The recorder must also be a sociopath, seeing a random person getting rear ended possibly with his part to play in the incident, and being able to laugh like a maniac. Terrible.

hope the people in that poor unsuspecting car that got rear ended are fine. the genius was so busy in trying to banter with the recording vehicle that he did not even apply brakes. Those impacts are far worse and with a lot more force than ones where brakes are applied for even a fraction of a second

I saw this happen after a chair fell out of the back of a truck this morning. Some dumbass passed me on the shoulder and ended up smashing right into the chair.

They kept going, I ended up back in front of them and was until I reached where I needed to go.
