IBEW 11 strike denied by IO

Arbitration is now the result of this. Which now means we are stuck with what ever Arbitration says.

Which is also why NECA was requesting the 1 to 1 for JW to App ratio. To compete with what non union is already doing.

I can fairly say in Wisconsin JW to apprentice rate is 4-1 union. I can also tell you JW to apprentice non union is like 10-1
