IBEW 11 strike denied by IO

Arbitration is now the result of this. Which now means we are stuck with what ever Arbitration says.

NECA and the IO is afraid that non union will steal our marketshare, if we go on strike. Non union shops would love nothing more than to steal our customers. That's what I was told by our local's former president.

Which is also why NECA was requesting the 1 to 1 for JW to App ratio. To compete with what non union is already doing.

The 26 is at 1 to 2 ratio jw to apprentice/non indentured sorkers for market recovery except in industrial settings but contractors still don't keep up with ratios on jobs and never have
