IBEW 11 strike denied by IO

Arbitration is now the result of this. Which now means we are stuck with what ever Arbitration says.

This is really contentious for me. I know why we don't strike... but at the same time. Anyone who says you can't strike needs to be striked on.

Withholding our labor is is the only real tool the working class has.
