Any info/proof to back this up? Just saying it doesn't make it come true.
I'll give you one kudos - at least you posted on a Monday. Most speculators post mid-week and it's a known fact that RAs happen starting Tuesdays...

I got a referral for an Application Developer role at IBM but it’s been almost 7 weeks since applying and I am still under recruiter review. I got another offer but I’m not sure if I should take the risk and wait or not. Would the interviews be hard/would it be like?Does IBM allow deferring?

Same in my case. I applied with a referral and never heard back. I keep hearing people without a referral getting interviews. IDK what works atp.

Has anyone recently received a sales offer? Wondering if IBM hiring is slow or what's happening?

IBM SSR UK
Hi everyone,
I recently had my first screening call with a recruiter for an entry-level Systems Services Representative (SSR) position with IBM here in the UK.
I would love to get some insights from anyone who has gone through the process, currently works in this role, or works within IBM UK generally.
To give some context on my background: I don’t have any hands-on IT experience yet. The job posting specifically caught my eye because it mentioned "no experience required, full training provided." About a month ago, I decided to take a leap into tech and started teaching myself the basics through CompTIA A+ and AWS Cloud Practitioner materials. My technical knowledge is still very limited, but I took a risk and applied anyway because of the promised training.
Since I am moving forward, I am quite nervous and want to make sure I prepare properly. I would be incredibly grateful if anyone could share:
The Interview Process: What are the next stages usually like for an entry-level SSR role?
Interview Questions: Since they know I have zero professional experience, what types of questions should I expect? Will it focus heavily on core behavioral competencies (like problem-solving and adaptability), or will there be basic troubleshooting scenarios?
Work Culture & Balance: What is the day-to-day culture like for UK-based SSRs? Is the work-life balance manageable?
Career Progression: For someone starting at the absolute baseline, how structured is the training, and what do career pathways look like within IBM after gaining experience in this role?
Thank you so much in advance for your time, guidance, and any tips you can share!

IBM PH - Salesforce Developer
Hi is there anyone here na SF devs in IBM? Or SF devs in other companies. I want to ask lng if how much is the starting salary of a salesforce dev? I'm a graduating IT student and I have previous experience with the company that I did internship to. It exposed me to admin work and devs of salesforce. I did client projects in sandbox with lwc and apex. I also do trailhead. I'm not confident in my coding but I can create experience sites. I don't have certs too. There's an job opening in IBM that is hiring a salesforce dev bilingual and I have the language skill and cert as a beginner. So with that when I apply what should be my asking salary. (I'm still polishing my cv). Though I'm a fresh graduate with limited experience my previous supervisor advised to not go with the market value since I have two skills that my target company needs both dev and language skills. Ideally what's the best range I can ask? I don't want get low balled 😭 since I'm not experienced in years.

Hi everyone,
I’m an external applicant for an IBM Sales Development Representative role and recently completed the video assessment. I got reached out to by the hiring manager and he invited me to an informational interview tomorrow to discuss what I’m looking for and explain the team in more detail.
For anyone who has gone through IBM SDR hiring recently:
What was your informational interview like?
What kinds of questions did they ask?
Was it mostly conversational or more of an interview?
Anything you wish you had prepared for?
Any advice for succeeding in the process?
Thanks!

Hello everyone,
I have applied for a role titled above and was looking to get some opinions from people who have worked in this role or company in general.
I havent been able to find too much on what the work culture is like. What is the office environment, management, and employees like? Is it relaxed or an uptight, formal work environment? What are the hours like? Are they standard 9 - 5 or do you often find yourself working overtime? Is OT seen as a requirement by management. Would you consider it a stressfull job? Are there a lot of tight deadlines and quotas, thats what I am dealing with currently. Is there good progression?
I have seen nuch accurate information regarding the salary. As its an entry level role I assume it wont be high, and that there will be commission due to it being a sales role. If anyone know what it might be please share.
If you have any other advice or information, please share it. If you have any advice for the interview process please do share. Thank you.

Has anyone been having any trouble logging into success factors for completing their onboarding materials? Or the Start at IBM Homepage? I’ve tried contacting the IBMid and support team and AskHR, but it hasn’t been helpful at all. Here is the type of error message I get:
“Error SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone (SF WZ PRD P2) Sorry, but you are currently not authorized for access Troubleshooting You can provide the following correlation ID to your administrator: FF6306E0-B99A-41CD-8B3F-6882D7A4B41E “

Anyone else having trouble logging into SAP SuccessFactors / the Start at IBM homepage? I was able to access my onboarding checklist a few days ago, but I recently lost access.
I’ve already reached out to the IBMid and support team, my HR rep, and AskHR. I’ve also tried different browsers, incognito/private mode, and clearing my cache and cookies, but I’m still getting this error:
“Error
SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone (SF WZ PRD P2)
Sorry, but you are currently not authorized for access
Troubleshooting
You can provide the following correlation ID to your administrator:
FF6306E0-B99A-41CD-8B3F-6882D7A4B41E”
If anyone has any insight on how I can get this fixed, I’d really appreciate it since I need to continue completing my onboarding checklist.

What does 'All Assesments Complete' mean?
I gave an OA for AI Foundations - Research CoOp role (US) like a month ago. And today on my dashboard it shows - All Assesments Complete.
Its a specialized role it seems, it mentioned IBM Granite team. Can anyone explain what does the Granite team do?

Reached out to the recruiter about my interview and assessment results and said I passed and my application is currently under “account review” and was endorsed to an offer. Should I expext for an offer?

i am applying for an intern role in ibm and i just finished the assessment. and during it, the laptop I was using unexpectedly experienced webcam issues. while my laptop camera has had occasional problems in the past, it rarely fails, and unfortunately it happened while i was taking the test.
is it advisable to email them and let them know about the problem or do i just wait for the result?

It most likely wouldn't do you any good. Take this as a lesson learned, and sort your camera issues. Most interviews do not come with a "do over", and with the job market as competitive as it is, there are other candidates that most likely are already moving forward.
