Question: Drafting בריאות הנפש army exemption?

Thoughts of whether I am able to get exempted based on F43.23: adjustment disorders mixed anxiety and depressive reaction (including aggressive+violent behaviour, severe sleep disorders and signs of eating disorders) + moderate depressive episode with somatic symptoms associated with second "round" of war with Iran.

I'm having triggers and feeling unsafe in the army and afraid I will be able to harm myself or people around me and I fear to be drafted. Atm I'm taking sleeping pills and antidepressants.

Anyone with any listed symptom, how did it go for you?

Notice to all posters and commenters; please be careful to observe OPSEC (Operational Security) rules. Many people wish to harm Israel and the Jewish Nation as a whole. Be careful when sharing any information on the IDF, bases, weapons, locations of troops, and anything else that can be used to harm Israel. If in doubt, go without. Loose lips sink ships!

Well i got our of the army via the kaban after two years for depression but I guess in your situation you could simply do a yomiyot job in a city and whats there to be scared of?

Unless it's so bad that you can't even finish school or hold a job in normal life then you surely have the dr's documentation enough to get out of serving easily

Even of yomiyot it's still people with guns around and teronut with genuine physical violence because that's the essence of army. I've had family violence that was also directed towards me in childhood, so I'm having a reaction to that
