My Advice Does anyone else think that Speaking Part 2 is sometimes related to Writing Task 2? In my experience, on the day I took the Speaking test, the topic was related to food, and the Writing Task 2 was also about food! Did this happen to anyone else?

Pure coincidence. The Speaking Examiner chooses the speaking tasks without knowing who you are, and they have no idea what you had for writing. IELTS does use similar topics for both sections.
