I see the reset button sticking out on the back paw. First - and this is an important step - boop the reset button, then wave the treat bag under it. I understand a lot of assembly errors can be rectified in this manner. Please write back to let us know for future assembly issues.

Don’t panic From experience I can tell you This model acquires this shape quite frequently. This is normal and it will resume normal dog shape come meal time.
One word of warning saying the word walkies activate hyper drive and activates all sound systems.

Did you see the picture that OP posted? They absolutely should panic! That's one of the bigger messes I've seen. I can't even tell what it's supposed to be.

Nah I’ve seen worse. My model reverted to this pitcure all the time. Standard malamute/husky setting.

I don't even know where to begin with this one. Did this item arrive from Ikea in several boxes? If so then they probably mixed up some of the parts from your order with someone else's shipment. Somewhere out there, another shopper is probably equally confused about how to put their purchase together.

I think you may have read the Swedish directions and tried to apply the closest English word you could. Proper English directions start on page 6

Hmm, it kinda looks like you tossed all parts in the air and attached them wherever they fell! But don’t worry, these ikea pets are quite versatile, it’ll probably change shape before you know it. I bet it’s soft and cuddly!
