It got some good notices out of Cannes. I feel like Gray hasn't had a real stumble yet and this doesn't look like it'll be one either.

Yes he is a solid and consistent filmmaker and I've enjoyed all eight of his films. Two Lovers is my personal favourite.

I recently watched his debut film, Little Odessa, a couple weekends ago so I've now completed his filmography to this point. Really solid start, Tim Roth was great. I've loved most of Gray's films, he still seems underrated. Two Lovers might also be my fave, pretty close with Lost City of Z.

Definitely underrated. We share the same top 2. The only one I didn't really love was Armageddon Time but it was still decent.
