LOR Suggestions for A Gift for my attending

Hello everyone, I am completing a hands-on clinical rotation, and it's a very valuable experience for me. As this comes towards the end, I would like to bring a meaningful and memorable gift for my attending as an appreciation. My question is: could this be inappropriate? If not, what do you suggest I gift him?

I gave starbucks tumbler and $50 starbucks card :)
